🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from PALMA ACTIVE. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return or exchange your items under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • For defective or wrong items, PALMA ACTIVE will cover all return shipping fees.

Refunds
